General swim will re-open on Saturday, July 18th from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Online reservations for two-hour slots will be required with a maximum capacity limit in effect. The online reservation system is available a week at a time to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to utilize the pool. Face Covering Requirement
Per state and county order, "Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face-covering requirement does not apply to any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering;” A face covering is not required while swimming. Staff and visitors are also required to complete a temperature check prior to entry.
If you have any questions, please contact the HOA Office @ 512-280-6623. Thank you!
Based upon the Emergency Health Alert issued by the city and the county yesterday to avoid non-household gatherings and considering the dramatic increase in the number of hospitalizations and cases of COVID-19, the Shady Hollow HOA is closing our pool at 3:00 p.m. today until further notice. While we do not have any reported cases of COVID-19 arising from use of the pool at this time, the spike in local cases calls into question our continued ability to keep our residents, staff, and their families safe despite our best efforts.
The closure extends to unsupervised Adult Swim hours, as there will be no disinfection activities taking place during the closure.
While a specific reopening date cannot be forecast yet, we are monitoring local governments and other entities and will reopen as soon as we can do so safely.
Thank you for your understanding.
