Voting for six positions on the SHHOA Board of Directors will take place starting @6:30pm. Members will be allowed to vote until all candidates, both announced and those nominations from the floor have had a chance to speak.
Results of the election will be announced after the votes have been tallied.

Proxy deadline February 21st by 5PM

Absentee voting deadline February 26th by 5PM – both paper and electronic

In person voting deadline February 27th at the Annual Meeting 

Shady Hollow HOA Board of Directors Annual Election


Any Shady Hollow HOA member in good standing is eligible to run for the Board of Directors. The Shady Hollow HOA Board of Directors meet each month on the 4th Thursday at 7 p.m.

Should you decide to run for the Board, please submit a written statement of interest, contact
information, a biography of no more than 300 words, and a photo to the HOA Office by Monday, December 30, 2024 by 5 p.m.

Information may be e-mailed to shadyhollow@shadyhollow.org or delivered via US mail or via hand delivery to the SHHOA office located at 3303 Doe Run, Austin, TX 78748. Applications can be put in the drop-box adjacent to the front door or brought to the HOA office.
